What is Stoneclough Community Centre?
Stoneclough Community Centre is the hub for local clubs, events, venue bookings and community services in Stoneclough, Radcliffe.
Do I need an account?
You can browse the directory, timetable and events without an account. To book a venue, join a group or submit a listing you'll need to sign up — it's free.
How do I create an account?
Click "Join" in the navigation bar. You'll need a valid email address. We'll send you a magic link — no password required.

Membership

Is membership free?
A basic account is completely free. Some features — such as reduced booking rates and priority listing placement — are available on a paid membership tier.
How do I upgrade my membership?
Go to your account settings via the profile menu and choose "Membership". You can view plans and upgrade there.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid memberships can be cancelled from your account settings at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Venues & bookings

How do I book a venue?
Browse the venues page, open a venue listing, and click "Book". You'll need to be signed in. Select your date, time and duration — the calendar shows existing bookings in real time.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Visit your profile bookings page to see upcoming bookings and cancel them. Cancellation policies vary by venue — check the listing for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Listings & submissions

How do I add my business or club?
Sign in and use the "Post" button in the navigation to submit a listing. Listings are reviewed by our moderation team before going live — this usually takes 1–2 working days.
My listing was rejected — what do I do?
You'll receive an email with the reason. Common issues include missing contact details or a description that doesn't meet our community guidelines. Edit and resubmit from your profile.
