The SCC Platform is protected intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

The SCC Platform, including all software, code, architecture, design, methodologies, documentation, and proprietary processes, is protected intellectual property owned by the platform developer and licensed exclusively to Stoneclough Community Council.

All rights, title, and interest in the SCC Platform are protected under UK intellectual property law. The platform is licensed, not sold, to Stoneclough Community Council under a commercial licensing agreement.

3. Council Licensing Programme

The SCC Platform is available for licensing to local authorities, parish councils, and community organisations across the United Kingdom.

  • Ongoing maintenance and updates
  • GDPR compliance documentation

4. Prohibited Actions

Without explicit written permission, you may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform

  • Create derivative works based on platform functionality
  • Sublicense, resell, or transfer platform access
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or licensing information

5. National Scalability

The SCC Platform is designed for national deployment across the United Kingdom. The architecture supports multi-tenant deployment, allowing multiple councils to operate independent instances while sharing core infrastructure.
