Your rights
You may have the right to ask for:
- access to the personal data we hold about you,
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information,
- erasure of personal data in certain circumstances,
- restriction of processing in certain circumstances,
- objection to processing where the law gives you that right, and
- portability of certain data where applicable.
How to make a request
Email team@virtusnemeton.co.uk with the subject line Stoneclough data rights request. To help us respond safely and accurately, include:
- your full name,
- the email address used with the website if relevant,
- the right you want to exercise, and
- enough detail for us to understand the request.
Identity checks
We may need to verify identity before acting on a request, especially if it involves access, deletion, or correction of account-linked information. This is to protect you and prevent unauthorised disclosure.
Response times
We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to the complexity of the request and any lawful extension that may apply.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how a data rights request has been handled, you can raise the matter with us first by email. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
Practical note
Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transactional reasons even where a wider deletion request is accepted. If that applies, we will explain it.
